Cookies/Local Storage
Cookies / local storage are small files that a website or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive via your web browser (if you allow it) which allows the websites or systems of service providers to recognize your browser and acquire and store certain information.

To enhance the responsiveness of the “product” for our users, we can use “cookies / local storage” or similar digital tools to assemble information in order to assign every visitor a unique random number as a user identification (user ID) to understand the interests of the user using the identified computer. If you do not identify yourself voluntarily (by registering, for example), we will have no way of knowing who you are, even if we allocate a cookie to your computer. The only personal data/information that a cookie can contain is the data/information provided by you.
A cookie cannot read all the data from your hard drive. Our advertisers may also allocate their own cookies / local storage to the browser (by clicking on their ads), a process that we do not control. We receive and store certain types of information when you connect with us through a website, application or service via your computer/laptop/mobile device/tablet/portable device, etc.
Your liberty to withdraw your permission at any time: if you do not wish to accept cookies / local storage in the context of using the SURAT HEADLINES platform, you may delete, block or disable cookies / local storage via the settings of the browser (for more information on this process, see the web browser help documentation).
Opting out
If a user refuses to use the ad settings, the unique ID of the DoubleClick cookie in the user’s browser is replaced with the phrase “OPT_OUT”. Since there is no longer a unique cookie ID, the opt-out cookie cannot be associated with a specific browser.
